Given that info, I would say it runs True to Size. The corset top is well structured with just a wee bit of spandex! The fringe did fall off a little more than I would've liked but it still ended up being Super cute! Love the shorts underneath, they were crucial for such a short dress. They have snaps that made bathroom breaks a lot easier than dealing with a zipper! Highly recommend if you can find in your size!"
